Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Willow Grove, PA location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, salon excellence, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
- Recommend health/wellness solutions and sell merchandise/services.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure safe environments, and assist with sick/injured pets.
- Support other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a wet, noisy environment with animals.
