Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Windsor location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, deliver salon services, and uphold our vision of pet safety and satisfaction. This entry-level role shares store cleanliness duties and promotes wellness solutions.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet environments with pet hair and moderate noise. Exposure to live animals is common.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend products/services and maintain cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling affinity, customer service skills, organizational prowess, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Proficiency in computers and composure under pressure essential.
