Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Windsor store, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering professional bath and grooming services while upholding PetSmart's vision. Share responsibility for store cleanliness, pet safety, and recommending wellness solutions. Enjoy flexibility in a dynamic pet retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
• Ensure safe environments; respond to sick/injured pets and transport if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have:

• Computer proficiency.
• Composure under pressure.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Organizational skills, attention to detail/safety.
• Strong communication.

Physical Demands: Lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk extensively, work in wet/hairy environments with animals and moderate-high noise.
