Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Windsor location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a supportive environment with comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend wellness solutions, and uphold safety standards
- Respond to pet health issues and assist across departments
- Drive sales of merchandise and services
Experience & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and composure under pressure
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy environments with animals. Depth perception required.

Responsibilities
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per PetSmart standards
- Manage pet parent interactions including check-in/out, reservations, and recommendations
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and safety standards
- Identify and respond to sick/injured pets, including vet transport if needed
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as required
