Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Winnipeg, Manitoba store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment. Perfect for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure pet safety, and assist with sick/injured pets.
- Recommend merchandise/services and support other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
