Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Winston-Salem, NC location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and maintain top safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with paths to advancement in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide outstanding pet parent experiences.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safe transport if needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist other departments as required.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and proficiency in computer apps. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
