Role Overview

As a Pet Stylist (Dog and/or Cat Groomer) in Boynton Beach, Florida, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering best-in-class salon services while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy. Share responsibility for salon cleanliness, pet health, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform full grooming menu: bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per PetSmart standards.
• Recommend health/wellness solutions based on pet needs; promote sales to meet targets.
• Handle pet parent experience: greet, answer questions, manage reservations, check-in/out, rebooking, reminder calls.
• Maintain highest cleanliness/sanitation; perform daily/end-of-day maintenance; respond to sick/injured pets.
• Assist other departments, follow policies, participate in recognition culture.

Experience & Skills

• Prior grooming experience or 6 months Stylist in Training with PetSmart Salon Academy certification/technical evaluation.
• Computer proficiency; strong communication; organizational skills; composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays); physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk, handle pets in wet/noisy environment.
