Role Overview

PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog/Cat Groomer) delivers exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and parents. Uphold safety standards, drive sales, and maintain a clean environment in our Clovis store. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute full grooming menu: baths, brushes, nail trims, sanitary services per PetSmart standards.
• Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, reminder calls, and sales register duties.
• Promote merchandise/services to meet salon sales targets.
• Maintain salon sanitation, perform end-of-day cleaning, and respond to pet health issues.

Experience & Skills

Prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's 6-month Stylist in Training with Salon Academy certification. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to pets/noise.
