Role Overview
PetSmart Pet Stylists (Dog/Cat Groomers) deliver exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and pet parents. This role combines technical grooming expertise with customer service, salon maintenance, and sales to uphold our high standards of pet health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments.
- Drive salon sales through merchandise recommendations and promotions.
- Maintain impeccable salon cleanliness and respond to pet health issues.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and client communications efficiently.
Experience & Skills
Seeking groomers with prior experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy. Must excel in high-pressure environments, possess strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs and working in pet-heavy settings.
