Role Overview
PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog/Cat Groomer) delivers exceptional salon services, ensures pet safety, and builds lasting pet parent relationships. This hands-on role combines grooming expertise with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute full grooming services per PetSmart standards
- Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments
- Maintain salon hygiene, perform daily cleaning, and monitor pet health
- Drive sales through merchandise recommendations and service promotions
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
Experience & Skills
Require prior grooming experience or successful PetSmart Salon Academy completion. Must demonstrate computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing for shifts, and working in pet-heavy environments.

Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing
