Role Overview
PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog/Cat Groomer) delivers exceptional grooming services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and pet parents. This role combines technical grooming expertise with customer service, salon maintenance, and sales to uphold our high standards of pet health, safety, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Consult with pet parents on wellness needs and recommend solutions.
- Handle salon operations: greetings, reservations, check-in/out, and rebooking.
- Drive sales through merchandise and service promotions to meet targets.
- Maintain impeccable salon cleanliness and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
Requires prior grooming experience or successful PetSmart Salon Academy completion. Must be computer-proficient, organized, communicative, and flexible with evenings/weekends. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing

- Achieve sales targets and promote salon growth
