Role Overview
As a Pet Groomer (Pet Stylist) in our Klamath Falls, Oregon location, you'll deliver best-in-class salon services for dogs and cats. Engage pet parents, ensure pet safety, and drive salon success while upholding PetSmart's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Recommend wellness solutions and promote merchandise to boost sales.
- Manage pet parent interactions, appointments, check-ins, and records.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and take action on pet health issues.
- Assist other departments and participate in team culture.
Experience & Skills
Require prior grooming experience or 6 months as Stylist in Training with PetSmart Salon Academy certification. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
