Role Overview

As a Pet Groomer (Pet Stylist) in our Lady Lake, Florida store, you'll deliver best-in-class salon services for dogs and cats while ensuring pet health, safety, and exceptional pet parent experiences. Share responsibility for salon cleanliness and contribute to sales goals in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform full grooming services per PetSmart standards
• Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments
• Handle check-in/out procedures, reservations, and client communications
• Maintain salon sanitation, perform daily cleaning, and monitor pet health
• Promote services and merchandise to meet sales targets

Additional Duties

Assist other departments, follow company policies, and participate in our culture of Belonging and Recognition. Transport sick pets to vets as needed.

Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications

• Prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart’s Salon Academy
• Computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays
• Strong communication, organization, and composure under pressure

Physical Demands

Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/noisy environments with animals. Depth perception required.
