Role Overview
As a Pet Groomer (Pet Stylist), you'll engage pet parents and deliver best-in-class salon services for dogs and cats. Uphold PetSmart's vision by ensuring pet health, safety, and exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Consult with pet parents on wellness needs and recommend solutions.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and client communications.
- Drive salon sales through merchandise and service promotions.
- Maintain impeccable salon cleanliness and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
Require prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy. Excel in computer use, multitasking under pressure, and flexible scheduling. Demonstrate organizational prowess, safety focus, and superior communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and handling animals in a wet, noisy setting.

- Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and pet safety standards
- Promote salon sales and merchandise to meet targets
