Role Overview
PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog Groomer) delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds the highest standards of pet health, safety, and cleanliness. This role combines technical grooming skills with outstanding customer service to drive salon success.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform full grooming services per PetSmart standards
- Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments
- Handle check-in/out procedures, phone reservations, and sales register
- Maintain salon sanitation and respond to pet health issues
- Promote merchandise and services to meet sales targets
Experience & Skills
Require prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy. Must have computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, strong communication, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs in a pet-filled environment. Organizational skills and composure under pressure are essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication (experience)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle pets in wet/noisy environment (experience)
Responsibilities
