Role Overview
As a Pet Groomer (Pet Stylist) in our San Antonio, Texas location, you'll deliver best-in-class salon services for dogs and cats, ensure pet health and safety, and provide exceptional pet parent experiences. This role combines technical grooming expertise with customer service and sales in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Recommend wellness solutions and upsell merchandise/services.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and client communications.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and respond to pet health issues.
- Drive salon sales targets and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Requires prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy. Must have computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, strong organization, communication skills, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced, pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wet conditions.

Responsibilities
