Role Overview
PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog/Cat Groomer) delivers exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and pet parents. This hands-on role combines technical grooming expertise with customer service, salon maintenance, and sales to uphold our high standards of pet health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute full grooming services per PetSmart standards
- Consult with pet parents on wellness solutions and rebook appointments
- Handle check-in/out procedures, phone reservations, and client records
- Maintain impeccable salon cleanliness and monitor pet well-being
- Drive sales through product recommendations and service promotions
Experience & Skills
Seeking groomers with prior experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy. Must excel in high-pressure environments, possess strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs and working in pet-filled settings.

Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing

- Drive salon sales and achieve productivity targets
