Role Overview
As a Pet Groomer (Pet Stylist) in Twin Falls, Idaho, you'll deliver best-in-class salon services for dogs and cats, ensuring positive experiences for pets and parents. Uphold PetSmart's vision by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and driving salon success through exceptional service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform full grooming services per PetSmart standards.
- Consult with pet parents on health solutions and rebook appointments.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and salon promotions to meet sales goals.
- Maintain salon sanitation, identify sick pets, and assist other departments.
- Follow all policies while participating in team recognition initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Require prior grooming experience or successful PetSmart Salon Academy completion. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet environments.

Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing
