Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and elevates the salon team. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to ensure exceptional pet care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train bathers/stylists, mentor through certification, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Drive salon excellence: Perform baths, grooming, nail trims; maintain cleanliness/sanitation; handle sick pets.
- Enhance customer experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, promote sales/rebookings.
- Operational leadership: Delegate tasks, resolve complaints, communicate needs, ensure policy compliance.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. Guide associates without direct reports.
