Role Overview

The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and ensures exceptional pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build high-performing salon teams and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead people development: Train bathers/stylists, mentor associates, provide feedback for reviews/promotions, and celebrate achievements.
• Drive salon experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, promote sales, and resolve concerns.
• Execute grooming excellence: Perform baths, full grooms, nail trims, and sanitary services while upholding safety standards.
• Maintain operations: Ensure cleanliness, report pet health issues, communicate needs, and support store-wide tasks.

Experience & Skills

Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, and composure under pressure. Passion for pets and leadership mindset essential—no direct reports but heavy mentoring focus.
