Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and elevates the salon to peak performance. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming expertise with leadership to foster team development and exceptional pet parent satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Onboard, mentor, coach bathers/stylists through certification, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Drive salon excellence: Perform baths, grooms, nail trims; maintain hygiene/safety standards; report pet health issues.
- Enhance customer experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, promote sales/rebookings.
- Operational leadership: Delegate tasks, resolve complaints, ensure policy compliance, communicate needs to leaders.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, organization, and poise under pressure. Passion for pets and team success essential.
