Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains associates, and enhances pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build high-performing salon teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train bathers/stylists, mentor associates, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Drive salon excellence: Perform baths, grooms, nail trims; maintain hygiene/safety standards.
- Elevate customer experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings/rebookings.
- Boost performance: Promote sales, track metrics, report trends to leadership.
- Ensure compliance: Uphold policies, handle grievances, report pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, communication skills, and composure under pressure. Guide associates without direct reports.
