Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and ensures exceptional pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build high-performing salon teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, and certification programs.
- Perform professional grooming services including full baths, brushes, nail trims, and sanitary care.
- Drive salon sales, rebookings, and pet parent engagement via consultations and promotions.
- Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, safety, and humane pet handling; report issues promptly.
- Manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and communicate business insights to leadership.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. Guide associates without direct supervisory reports.
