Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and ensures exceptional pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build a high-performing salon team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Onboard, mentor, and certify bathers/stylists; provide feedback for reviews and promotions.
- Drive salon excellence: Perform baths, grooms, nail trims; maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Enhance customer experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, and promote sales.
- Operational leadership: Delegate tasks, resolve issues, communicate needs, and ensure policy compliance.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, communication skills, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associate growth.
