Role Overview

As Pet Groomer & Salon Trainer (Salon Experience Lead), you'll deliver professional grooming services while leading team development. Support bathers and stylists through certification, ensure exceptional pet parent experiences, and drive salon performance in a high-energy environment focused on pet care excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Perform full grooming services including baths, brushes, nail trims, and sanitary care per PetSmart standards.
• Manage pet parent interactions, bookings, rebookings, and promote wellness solutions/marketing.
• Maintain salon sanitation, safety, and report pet health issues promptly.
• Delegate tasks, address grievances, and celebrate team achievements to boost engagement.

Experience & Skills

Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full-time flexibility, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. Guide associates without direct reports.
