Role Overview
The Pet Groomer & Salon Trainer (Salon Experience Lead) delivers exceptional grooming services while leading and developing salon teams. This full-time role combines hands-on pet care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in our state-of-the-art salons.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train bathers and stylists, facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Drive salon excellence: Perform full grooming services, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure humane pet handling.
- Enhance customer experience: Greet pet parents, manage bookings, recommend services, and promote rebooking.
- Operational leadership: Delegate tasks, monitor metrics, report issues, and collaborate with store leaders.
Experience & Skills
Seeking groomers with 2+ years experience, full availability, and proficiency in grooming tools. Strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure required. Computer savvy with passion for pet care and team building.
