Role Overview

As Pet Groomer & Salon Trainer (Salon Experience Lead), you'll deliver professional grooming services while leading team development. Support bathers and stylists through certification, ensure exceptional pet parent experiences, and drive salon performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead people development: Train, mentor, onboard associates; provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
• Perform full grooming services: Baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per PetSmart standards.
• Enhance pet parent experience: Greet, recommend services, handle concerns, drive rebookings/sales.
• Maintain salon operations: Ensure cleanliness, safety, compliance; report issues to leadership.
• Drive business results: Promote services, achieve sales targets, utilize booking systems.

Experience & Skills

Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full-time flexibility, strong communication/organizational skills, tool proficiency, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associate growth. Passion for pets and leadership essential.
