Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains new associates, and elevates the salon to deliver exceptional pet parent experiences. This full-time role in Tampa combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build high-performing teams and drive salon success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train bathers/stylists, mentor through certification, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Enhance salon experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, drive sales & rebookings.
- Maintain operations: Ensure cleanliness/sanitation, perform full grooming menu, monitor pet health & safety.
- Communicate trends: Report to leaders on business needs, facilities, and best practices.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, computer skills, strong communication, and composure under pressure. Guide associates without direct reports.
