Role Overview
The Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer) delivers top-tier grooming services, trains associates, and ensures exceptional pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role combines hands-on grooming with leadership to build high-performing salon teams and drive salon success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train bathers/stylists, mentor through certification, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Enhance pet parent experience: Greet, consult, book appointments, resolve concerns, promote services.
- Execute grooming services: Perform baths, brushes, full grooms, nail trims safely per standards.
- Maintain operations: Ensure cleanliness, report issues, manage supplies, drive sales metrics.
- Collaborate store-wide: Assist other departments, communicate trends to leaders.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, communication skills, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. Guide associates without direct reports.
