Role Overview
As Salon Experience Lead (Groomer & Salon Trainer), deliver professional grooming services while training bathers and stylists. Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development: Train associates through certification, mentor for growth, provide feedback for reviews/promotions.
- Drive salon experience: Greet pet parents, recommend services, manage bookings, promote sales targets.
- Perform grooming: Execute full bath/brush/grooming menu safely per standards.
- Maintain operations: Ensure cleanliness, report issues, handle pet welfare emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years grooming experience (technical exam possible), full availability, tool proficiency, communication skills, and composure under pressure. Guide associates without direct reports.
