Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation. Proficiency in computers, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure are essential. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and handling live animals in a moderate-noise environment with pet hair exposure.
