Key Responsibilities

• Lead training classes, ensuring safe environments and optimal pet parent experiences.
• Actively promote and sell training programs across channels.
• Handle paperwork, scheduling, and immediate pet health responses.

• Educate associates as the local pet training expert.

Experience & Skills

Requires 1-2 years customer-focused retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and thrive in pet-filled settings with moderate noise and occasional wet conditions. Strong communication, organization, and composure under pressure are essential.
