Key Responsibilities

• Handle pet parent interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain all related paperwork
• Ensure clean, safe training areas and respond to pet health emergencies

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation. Proficiency in computers, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure are essential.
