Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding pet parent experiences via phone, in-person, or online; address concerns promptly.
- Actively promote and sell training classes across channels; educate on curriculum benefits.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, schedule classes, and keep training areas clean and safe.
- Serve as training expert for store associates; recognize sales contributions.
- Respond to sick/injured pets, recommend merchandise, and support other departments.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, and strong communication. Thrive under pressure with flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in a pet-filled environment.
