Key Responsibilities
- Lead training classes following PetSmart curriculum while prioritizing pet parent satisfaction.
- Actively promote and sell training programs across channels.
- Maintain records, schedule sessions, and keep training areas clean/safe.
- Handle pet emergencies, recommend products, and collaborate across departments.
- Serve as training expert, recognizing team contributions to sales.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, and strong communication. Thrive under pressure with organizational prowess and schedule flexibility. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and animal exposure in a moderate-noise setting.
