Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Engage pet parents via phone, in-person, or online to sell and deliver training classes.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in training areas; handle sick/injured pets promptly.
- Educate associates as training expert and recognize sales contributions.
- Manage scheduling, paperwork, and recommend merchandise/services.
- Assist other departments and uphold company policies/culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
Requires 1-2 years customer-focused retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, strong communication, and composure under pressure. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays. Exposure to pets, noise, and wet areas common.
