Key Responsibilities
- Lead training classes, ensuring safe environments for pets and people.
- Actively sell classes via in-store, phone, and online channels.
- Handle pet parent inquiries, concerns, and paperwork with precision.
- Maintain clean training areas and respond to pet health emergencies.
- Educate associates on training benefits and recognize top performers.
Experience & Skills
Requires 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, and strong communication. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand for shifts, and work evenings/weekends. Physical demands include handling live animals in a moderate-noise, pet-hair-filled setting.
