Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead training classes via phone, in-person, or online, prioritizing pet parent satisfaction.
- Actively promote and sell training programs while educating on curriculum benefits.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, schedule classes, and keep training areas clean and safe.
- Handle pet health issues promptly, assist other departments, and recognize team contributions.
- Follow all company policies to foster a culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation. Proficiency in computers, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends are essential. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and handling live animals in a dynamic pet retail setting.
