Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training classes and manage pet parent interactions across channels.
- Actively promote and sell training programs, educating on full curriculum benefits.
- Handle paperwork, scheduling, and store expertise on pet training.
- Ensure safe, clean training environments and respond to pet health issues.
- Collaborate across departments, recommend merchandise, and foster team recognition.
Experience & Skills
Requires 1-2 years customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation. Proficiency in computers, strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and schedule flexibility are essential. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to pets/noise.
