Role Overview

As a Pet Trainer in Moore, Oklahoma, you'll engage pet parents and their furry companions, delivering positive training experiences aligned with PetSmart's vision. Actively promote and sell classes while ensuring safety and exceptional service. This role demands energy, pet love, and customer focus in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pet parent experiences via phone, in-person, or online; resolve concerns promptly.
• Drive sales of training classes and educate on curriculum benefits.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, schedule classes, and keep training areas clean/safe.
• Handle sick/injured pets, recommend services, and assist other departments.
• Recognize team contributions and uphold company policies.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, and strong communication. Must thrive under pressure, stay organized, and flex for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and pet exposure in a moderate-noise setting.
