Key Responsibilities

- Maintain clean training areas and respond to pet health emergencies.
- Collaborate with store team as training expert, assist other departments, and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
Requires 1-2 years customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation. Proficiency in computers, strong communication, organization, composure under pressure, and schedule flexibility essential. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and animal exposure in moderate-noise settings.
