Role Overview

As a Pet Trainer in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional training experiences aligned with PetSmart's vision. Accredited through our PetSmart Training Instructor Course, you'll educate on training benefits, sell classes, and ensure safety while fostering positive outcomes over phone, in-person, or online.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pet parent experiences, respond to concerns, and sell training classes across channels.
• Educate on curriculum benefits, maintain paperwork, schedule classes, and keep areas clean/safe.
• Handle pet emergencies, recommend products/services, assist other departments, and act as training expert.
• Recognize team contributions and participate in company culture and policies.

Experience & Skills

Bring 1-2 years of customer-focused retail experience, PetSmart Training accreditation, computer proficiency, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility, and strong communication/organizational skills. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, and exposure to pets/noise.
