Role Overview

As a Pet Trainer at PetSmart in Palmdale, California, you'll engage pet parents and their furry friends, delivering positive reinforcement-based training classes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions over phone, in-person, or online, prioritizing pet parent satisfaction and outcomes.
• Actively promote and sell group/private classes, recommending merchandise/services.

• Educate store associates as training expert; recognize sales contributions.

Experience & Skills

Require 1-2 years customer-focused retail experience and PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation.
