Key Responsibilities
- Lead positive training sessions over phone, in-person, or online while ensuring safety.
- Actively promote and sell training classes to boost enrollment.
- Maintain records, clean training areas, and respond to pet health issues.
- Collaborate with store team as training expert and assist other departments.
- Uphold company policies and culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
