Role Overview

As a Pet Trainer in our Seabrook, NH store, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering positive training experiences aligned with PetSmart's vision. Actively promote and sell classes while ensuring safety and exceptional service in a dynamic pet retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pet parent experiences via phone, in-person, or online; resolve concerns promptly.
• Drive sales of training classes and educate on curriculum benefits.
• Maintain all training paperwork, schedules, and cleanliness standards.
• Create safe environments; handle sick/injured pets and transport if needed.
• Collaborate with store team, recommend products, and participate in recognition culture.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 1-2 years retail experience, PetSmart Training Instructor accreditation, computer proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills. Must handle pressure, lift 50+ lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include standing, bending, and animal exposure in a moderate-noise setting.
