Role Overview
The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for the safety of people and pets, delivering exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve results, champion service, and execute daily hotel operations in our Alexandria, VA store.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach associates; manage scheduling, P&L partnering, task delegation, and engagement through recognition.
- Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations/check-ins, medication administration, pet health monitoring, facility cleanliness, parent communications, safety reporting, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead as Leader on Duty, coordinate events, sell services, and ensure policy compliance for a safe, empowering culture.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years retail leadership or customer-focused experience, full-time flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, pet care knowledge, and strong leadership in communication, coaching, and problem-solving.
