Role Overview
The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and pet parent satisfaction within the hotel operations. You'll drive company strategies, achieve business targets, and champion superior service while maintaining our brand promise in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team engagement; act as Leader on Duty.
- Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medication protocols, and pet health monitoring; ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance; respond to pet parent concerns.
- Business Execution: Partner on P&L, coordinate events, review service surveys, and uphold policies for a safe, compliant environment.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. Key skills include team motivation, crisis management, pet care knowledge, and service excellence.
