Role Overview
The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve key results, and champion service excellence while managing daily hotel operations in our Glendale store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people initiatives: recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and fostering associate engagement.
- Manage hotel operations: handle reservations, check-ins, pet medications, health monitoring, and facility cleanliness.
- Ensure safety: report incidents, maintain equipment, and create secure environments for pets, staff, and customers.
- Deliver outstanding pet parent service: respond to concerns, review surveys, and promote services/merchandise.
- Collaborate on store P&L, events, and compliance with policies, values, and ethics.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer service, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, and pet care passion. Strong skills in communication, delegation, problem-solving, and team motivation are essential.
