Role Overview

The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve key results, and ensure efficient hotel operations while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach associates; manage scheduling, training, recognition, and conflict resolution; lead as Leader on Duty.
• Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medications, health monitoring; maintain cleanliness and safety; respond to pet parent concerns; oversee events and merchandising.
• Business Excellence: Partner on P&L, review service surveys, ensure policy compliance, and maintain equipment for seamless operations.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles. Key skills include pet care knowledge, team motivation, operational efficiency, and flexibility for full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in computers and strong communication are essential.
