Role Overview
The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, team performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve business results, and champion service excellence while managing daily hotel operations in our New Bern store.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and engagement; lead as Leader on Duty.
- Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medication administration, health monitoring, and vet transports; ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding pet parent service, resolve concerns, coordinate events, and review service surveys for continuous improvement.
- Business Execution: Partner on P&L, uphold policies, sell services, and maintain store standards.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer service, full availability, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. Key skills include team motivation, pet care knowledge, problem-solving, and communication.
